Under general supervision, this position plans and leads the technical development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool along with integrations with other systems. Client’s County Government is seeking an Applications Development Expert to provide 40 hours per week on the development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool through Microsoft Dynamics. The position will be responsible for designing and building the tool based on the requirements provided by the Department of Economic and Workforce Development.
