This is a hunter-led, field-based sales role focused on building new relationships, developing strategic accounts, and driving revenue across your territory.You will create opportunities from scratch, expand new accounts, and deepen partnerships with key referral sources including property managers, insurance professionals, and facility leaders. You will also partner closely with operations to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through project completion.When relationships matter most, you show up—and we need business developers who do the same.What You'll DoBuild and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accountsProspect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetingsOrganize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenueRun effective discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partnersCollaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoffSupport client communications when needed to strengthen trust and retentionTrack activity and pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirementsPerform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business.Ready to Join Us?We are building the future of property protection, and we need driven relationship-builders to help us get there.
