Our culture of excellence incorporates working collegially, where every team member can contribute meaningfully and make a difference.\nIf you are ready to make an impact, join our team!\nYour Next Career Opportunity – Apprentice, Tower\n\nPerform construction duties on a daily basis ensuring quality construction for expedited commercial deployment of services as directed by Superintendent and/or Foreman.\n\nWhat You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities\nSupport tower construction and antenna and line installation activities as directed.\nAbility to read site plans and tower drawings.\nDistribute, pick up and organize tools and materials.\nWork with Construction Supervisors and Foreman to analyze job requirements such as labor and materials.\nComplete work in a timely and efficient manner as delegated by Construction Supervisor and Foreman.\nPerform construction activities as directed.\nWork with Construction Supervisors and Foreman to maintain a safe job site.\nKeep safety barriers correctly installed.\nMust be able to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays and evening hours.\nMust be able to satisfactorily complete all aspects of SBA’s Tower U training classes.\nOther projects and duties as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements\nH.S.
