Job TitleSales and Operations InternJob DescriptionThe Sales Enablement & Operations Intern will support the Northeast Business Area by assisting sales, engineering, and operations teams with coordination, research, communication, and administrative support. This role helps improve operational efficiency and customer responsiveness in a collaborative environment.This position allows individuals to gain hands-on experience and dive into operations, customer engagement, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration within the security and technology industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer SupportAssist with customer and partner follow-upSupport CRM updates and opportunity trackingCoordinate internal and external meetingsAssist with territory/account researchHelp organize sales materials and customer communicationsOperational & Administrative SupportAssist with coordination during high-volume or leave coverage periodsSupport scheduling, logistics, and meeting preparationTrack action items and follow-up tasksHelp improve organization and operational consistency across teamsResearch & Business PreparationPrepare briefing materials for customer meetingsConduct market, account specific, and competitive researchSupport planning for customer visits, events, and AEC activitiesAssist with presentation and meeting preparationEngineering & Technical CoordinationSupport demo and equipment coordinationAssist with documentation and follow-up activitiesHelp coordinate technical resources and customer requestsDesired QualificationsPursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Technology, or related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailProactive mindset with willingness to learnComfortable working across multiple teams and functionsInterest in technology, sales, operations, or customer engagementPreferred CharacteristicsCurious and adaptableStrong follow-throughComfortable with ambiguity and shifting prioritiesSelf-starter mentalityTeam-oriented and collaborativeStrong preparation and organizational habitsThis internship is based in the Chelmsford, MA office and is expected to be in the office 5 days per week. Expected timeframe for this internship is a minimum of 6 months and can be up to a maximum of a year.
