In this role you will get to:\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nWork directly with DCDC customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions.\n\nProvide technical guidance and explain software and data-streaming concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\n\nParticipate in customer demonstrations and technical discussions.\n\nTranslate customer requirements into implementable software designs.\n\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.\n\nDesign, implement, and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software build, test, and deployment processes.\n\nIntegrate various tools and technologies to streamline development workflows and improve efficiency.\n\nManage and configure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.\n\nMonitor and maintain the health, performance, and scalability of cloud-based applications and infrastructure on an AWS Platform\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nB.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\n\n5+ years of CI/CD experience.\n\nExperience developing production software using Java or a comparable programming language.\n\nHands-on experience with terraform, ansible, Git, Gitlab, Artifactory, Nexus, CheckMarx, Trivy, Grype, and Syft- or similar technologies\n\nProficient in Linux/Unix systems administration, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation (Python, Go, Bash, Ansible, Terraform), monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog), and CI/CD pipelines\n\nExperience with Git and modern software-development workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or another container-orchestration platform.\n\nExperience troubleshooting distributed systems.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively independently and as part of a team.\n\nActive Secret clearance is required to start with ability to obtain a TS/SCI if required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nMaster’s degree\n\nExperience with Rancher, OpenShift, RKE2, Harvester, Nutanix, vSphere, or Proxmox.\n\nExperience with AWS GovCloud, IL5, or IL6 environments.\n\nKnowledge of DoD CIO Kubernetes reference architectures, STIGs, Platform One, Iron Bank, or container hardening.\n\nExperience with SRE and platform-as-a-product practices.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\n\nExperience with Zero Trust, SBOM generation, and software-supply-chain security.\n\nExperience leading technical teams across development, test, and production environments.\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\n\nAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.\n\nThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.\n\nThe Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
