This role is responsible for ensuring all manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling meet customer expectations and support successful product launches. The engineer leads manufacturing activities from prototype through production, drives process improvements, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget. This role may involve 50%+ international travel.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupport manufacturing activities for assigned products through New Product Launch processes prototype, pilot, and production ramp.\n\nOversee and monitor implementation of customer documentation changes and internal change orders.\n\nActively participate in new customer development and new business opportunities.\n\nAnalyze first article build information to review root cause identification and review corrective actions for manufacturing process issues.\n\nReview and mentor/support product‑level FMEAs as required.\n\nReview engineering design drawings and DFX reports prior to first article release as required.\n\nIdentify and evaluate new manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment associated with new product launches.\n\nSupport internal and external corrective action plans for New Product Launch.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nSupport global manufacturing operations, including travel as required.\n\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n10+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.\n\nLean Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and applications.\n\nExperience with FMEA, PFMEA, DPMO, FPY, DPM, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nEffective interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.\n\nAbility to work with diverse groups and in global teams.\n\nDemonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism.\n\nStrong customer service and client focus.\n\nWorking knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.\n\nAbility to support a 24/7 global business operation and travel as required.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within Medical, A&D, or other highly regulated electronics manufacturing environments.\n\nLocation\nGeographical Location: Remote\n\nPhysical Location: Remote - Arizona\n\nSchedule\nShift: Shift 1\n\nWork Schedule: M-F 0800-1700\n\nCompensation\nCompensation Range: $116,617.00 to $145,772,000 USD.
