Welder – Metal Manufacturing Fresno, CA $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE) Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Welder to join our metal manufacturing team in Fresno. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Key Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment Follow and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and safety standards Inspect finished work for accuracy and structural integrity Maintain a clean and safe work environment 1-2 $18.00 – $24.00 Min 1 year experience needed. Blueprint reading ability & spray arc experience preferred. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of welding experience At least 1 year of hands-on experience required Blueprint reading ability is required Spray arc welding experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
