In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, customer-specific requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. This position coordinates internal and external audits, manages quality documentation, supports customer requirements, and promotes continual improvement throughout the organization.\nDuties\nMaintain and continuously improve the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.\nMaintain documentation required for ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation.\nDevelop, revise, and control quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.\nEnsure document control complies with company and customer requirements.\nMonitor compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR).\nAudit Management\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate internal quality audits.\nCoordinate third-party certification audits (IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, etc.).\nCoordinate customer audits and support all audit activities.\nTrack audit findings through corrective actions to closure.\nVerify effectiveness of corrective actions.\nCustomer Requirements\nComplete customer quality surveys and supplier questionnaires.\nSupport new customer registration and supplier qualification activities.\nPrepare and submit quality documentation requested by customers.\nMaintain customer portals related to quality documentation.\nSupport customer-specific documentation such as:\nSupplier Self-Assessments\nQuality Capability Surveys\nCustomer Quality Manuals\nQuality Documentation\nMaintain controlled copies of:\nQuality Manual\nProcedures\nWork Instructions\nForms\nControl Plans\nPFMEA\nProcess Flow Diagrams\nInspection Standards\nEnsure obsolete documents are removed from use.\nCorrective Action System\nCoordinate corrective and preventive actions resulting from:\nInternal audits\nCustomer audits\nThird-party audits\nLaboratory assessments\nMonitor completion of corrective actions.\nReport overdue actions to management.\nManagement Review\nCollect quality performance data.\nPrepare Management Review meeting materials.\nMonitor quality objectives and KPIs.\nSupport continual improvement initiatives.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) are preferred.\nJoin us as a Quality Systems Engineer and be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence!
