Smoke Dispensary Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to enhancing their shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management. Utilize retail math skills to assist in pricing, markdowns, and inventory counts. Supervise junior staff or new associates when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment and seamless customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash register operations. Basic understanding of retail math concepts for effective pricing and inventory management. Ability to stock shelves efficiently while maintaining an organized store layout. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively. A proactive approach to supervising others and fostering a positive team environment. A passion for sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus.
