Director of Quality

Title: Director of QualityLocation: Eastern NJ Area (Relocation assistance available)A growing manufacturer is seeking a Director of Quality to lead quality strategy and execution. This is a highly visible leadership position reporting directly to the President and offers the opportunity to influence quality culture, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.What You'll Do✔ Manage and develop a team of Quality leaders and professionals✔ Drive CI initiatives focused on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction✔ Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership✔ Lead internal and external audits, compliance programs, and quality management systems✔ Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and drive decision-making✔ Travel approximately 20-30% to domestic facilities, customer sites, and occasional international locationsWhat We're Looking For✔ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related technical manufacturing environment✔ 5+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams✔ Proven success building quality systems, leading audits, and driving CI✔ Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization✔ Experience utilizing data analytics tools such as Power BI✔ Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus✔ Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredWhy Consider This Opportunity?✔ Report directly to the President✔ Lead an established, high-performing quality organization✔ Significant executive visibility and strategic impact✔ Relocation assistance available✔ Competitive base salary plus substantial bonus opportunity
