This person will be assisting and supporting the Home Health and Beauty Manager, receiving, stocking and rotating product, facing product, taking special orders, and providing exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Follows established departmental and store policies and proceduresEnsures the quality and freshness of all products and services provided by the home, health, and beauty departmentResponsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the home, health, and beauty departmentConfirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad itemsEnsures the store is cleaned daily and meets the company standards for appearanceDelivers excellent customer service to all customersReceives, stores, and stocks a wide variety of products for the home, health, and beauty departmentPulls out of date product from the shelvesBuilds end-cap and other special product displaysAssists Home Health and Beauty Manager with inventory and ordering product to meet the needs of the store based on past and projected salesCompletes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely mannerSets a professional and positive example to othersCommunicates openly and frequently with the Home Health and Beauty ManagerEnsures company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity are maintainedAssists as needed to ensure the success of the store as a whole MARGINIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
