This role is essential to keeping our shop, warehouses, and facilities running efficiently. If you enjoy staying active, working with tools and equipment, and being part of a collaborative team that builds beautiful buildings, this could be the perfect fit.\r\nThe Warehouse Associate performs a variety of tasks related to shop organization, equipment maintenance, material deliveries, and facility upkeep. This position plays a key role in supporting both PROCON and XSS Hotels' projects.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nPrepare and maintain equipment needed for projects to ensure timely completion.\r\nAssist drivers with loading tools, materials, and equipment.\r\nPerform tool maintenance and small engine repairs.\r\nOrganize shop equipment and materials in the warehouse.\r\nOperate forklifts safely and efficiently.\r\nReceive deliveries and load trucks.\r\nMake deliveries to various job sites using a company van and/or rack body truck as needed.\r\nProcess pick tickets accurately within our inventory management system.\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.\r\nSupport company event setup and breakdown as needed.\r\nMove office furniture to accommodate team changes.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record.\r\nMust be able to pass a DOT physical.\r\nAbility to be forklift certified.\r\nGeneral warehouse experience preferred.\r\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.\r\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\r\nAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\r\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to lift to 50 pounds regularly.\r\nAbility to safely operate a forklift.\r\nProlonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.\r\nAbility to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\r\nCollaborative, professional demeanor with the confidence to support senior leadership.\r\nHigh integrity with sound ethical judgment.\r\nTakes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.\r\nPositive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude.\r\nOpen to innovation and continuous improvement.\r\nAdditional InformationAt PROCON, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
