We are looking for a talented Senior Data Python + AWS Engineer who will not only write code but also deliver exceptional product capabilities for our clients. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in achieving our passion for client success, solidifying our position as a leading product development services company.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and refine strategies for acquiring research data from scientific laboratory instruments.\nEngineer and operationalize custom file parsers to handle diverse instrument output formats—including .xlsx, .pdf, .txt, .raw, .fid, and a variety of proprietary vendor binaries.\nArchitect and implement robust data models, along with scalable data pipelines, comprehensive unit and integration tests, and modular utility libraries.\nPerform comparative analysis of datasets generated by similar instruments or workflows to design shared, extensible data model components.\nCreate visualizations, reports, and interactive dashboards leveraging platforms such as Streamlit, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook, and others.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of building solutions as a Data Engineer or similar fields.\n3+ years working in Python and SQL with a focus on data.\nExperience with data plotting dashboarding tools like Streamlit, Tableau, and Jupyter Notebook is a plus\nExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to take control of project delivery.\nQuickly understand a highly technical product and effectively communicate with product management and engineering.\nNice to have:\nPassionate about data problems and using AI and LLM to come up with creative ideas\nA degree in biology or chemistry or relevant fields OR > 3 years of work experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry in scientific data engineering, data modeling, or data analytics.\nExposure to DevOps practices in cloud environments.\nSome React experience\nWhat is it like working for 3Pillar Global?\nWhat is it like working for 3Pillar Global?\nAt 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:\nImagine a flexible work environment – whether it's the office, your home, or a blend of both.
