This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy across our fulfillment, sales, and shipping departments.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision matters. You should be comfortable identifying inventory discrepancies, working with ERP systems, and collaborating across multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.\nSchedule\nDuring training, this position will follow the schedule below:\nMonday – Friday\n10:00 AM – 6:00 PM\nUpon successful completion of training, the schedule will transition to:\n8:00 PM – 2:00 AM\nWeekends are required\nEmployees may choose any two weekdays off, based on business needs.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain accurate inventory records and investigate inventory discrepancies.\nIdentify and differentiate between similarly named sports card and Pokémon products with a high degree of accuracy.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations.\nAssist with materials handling, inventory movement, and warehouse logistics.\nGenerate inventory reports and analyze inventory data.\nWork closely with Administration, Fulfillment, Sales, and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.\nUtilize ERP systems, including Odoo, to manage inventory transactions.\nMaintain organization and integrity of inventory throughout the facility.\nFollow company procedures to ensure inventory accountability and security.\nQualifications\nStrong knowledge of sports cards and modern Pokémon trading card products is required.\nAbility to accurately identify, differentiate, and verify products, sets, parallels, and sealed products.\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong inventory management and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience resolving inventory discrepancies.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.\nTechnical proficiency with ERP systems; Odoo experience preferred.\nProficiency with Google Sheets preferred.\nExperience generating reports is preferred.\nAbility to lift and move 70+ pounds.\nMust be dependable, trustworthy, and capable of handling high-value inventory responsibly.\nRequirements\nAbility to work the required evening and weekend schedule after training.\nAbility to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving inventory.\nSuccessfully pass a pre-employment background check.\nIf you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, has a passion for the hobby, and wants to play an important role in protecting and managing high-value inventory, we'd love to hear from you.\nPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nHealth insurance\nApplication Question(s):\nAre you able to work the required schedule after training?\n-Training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM\n-Permanent Schedule: 8:00 PM–2:00 AM, including weekends, with any two weekdays off.\nWhat experience do you have working with inventory management\nThis role requires a strong knowledge of sports cards and modern Pokémon products.
