Superintendent","description":"We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution of large-scale data center construction projects in Texas.This is a site-based leadership role responsible for directing all electrical installation activities on hyperscale builds, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.You will be the key interface between field crews, subcontractors, project management, and commissioning teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site electrical construction activities across assigned data center projectsManage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, foremen, and field crewsDrive daily and weekly construction planning, sequencing, and executionEnsure electrical work is installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and code requirementsCoordinate closely with MEP trades to manage interfaces and avoid clashesMaintain focus on schedule adherence and critical path activitiesOversee installation quality, field inspections, and readiness for commissioningSupport QA/QC and commissioning (CX) teams through turnover phasesEnforce strict site safety standards and compliance (OSHA and company policies)Manage material coordination, logistics, and field productivityIdentify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and sequencing conflictsParticipate in site meetings, progress reporting, and coordination with project leadershipKey Systems ExposureMedium and low voltage distribution systemsSwitchgear, transformers, and electrical roomsUPS systems, generators, and backup power infrastructureCable tray, conduit, and underground distributionGrounding, bonding, and site electrical infrastructureSupport for EPMS / BMS integration readinessQualifications4+ years of experience in electrical construction, with strong field leadership background2+ years of data center or mission critical project experience (preferred)Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Superintendent on large commercial/industrial projectsStrong understanding of electrical systems installation and sequencingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specificationsExperience working for a General Contractor or major electrical subcontractorStrong leadership, communication, and coordination skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume construction environmentPreferredHyperscale data center experience (ground-up builds preferred)Exposure to commissioning and turnover processesTrade background as a Journeyman or Master Electrician (REQUIRED)Experience managing large electrical crews and multiple
