This is an onsite position located in St. Louis, MO.Position OverviewThe Senior Manager, E-Commerce Sales will be responsible for executing and supporting the company's online sales performance across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other retailer e-commerce platforms, working closely with the company's full-service online sales agency (Harvest Group). This role also supports the company's Shopify-based DTC website and serves as the primary liaison between internal sales leadership and the agency.Key ResponsibilitiesService as the primary contact for Harvest Group supporting Amazon and Walmart e-commerceCommunicate sales goals, priorities, and expectations from Sales Operations and Walmart Sales leadershipReview agency performance, deliverables, and reportingMonitor Walmart.com and Amazon performance, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf executionOversee operational performance of Shopify DTC sitePartner with Sales Operations on forecasting, reporting, and inventory alignmentManage and coach one Online Sales AssociateAct as execution link across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and agency partnersOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and manufacturing industryFamiliarity with Walmart.com or Amazon e-commerce requiredShopify or DTC platform experience requiredPeople management experience preferredAbility to pivot duties and tasks with a positive attitudeStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
