Engineering (PE) division is seeking a Power Platform & Data Migration Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives within the Plant Engineering organization.\nThis role will focus on developing and supporting business applications, managing large-scale data migration projects, improving data accessibility, and helping engineering teams leverage Microsoft technologies to increase efficiency and reduce project lead times.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise-scale data migration efforts.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations\nBuild and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools\nManage large-scale data migration, cleanup, and organization initiatives\nSupport migration of approximately 6–7 TB of engineering and project-related data into multiple target systems\nPartner with engineering and business teams to improve data accessibility and usability\nOrganize, cleanse, and optimize large datasets to improve reporting and decision-making\nSupport SharePoint document management and collaboration environments\nAssist with implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency\nProvide guidance and support to large user groups during migration and data management activities\nPresent and demonstrate previously developed applications, dashboards, and solutions\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong Power BI experience including dashboard and report development\nExperience with SharePoint administration and document management\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and ecosystem\nExperience managing large data migration and data cleanup projects\nAbility to work with high-volume datasets and multiple data sources\nStrong understanding of data governance and data management best practices\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to quickly learn and support new technologies\nExperience supporting enterprise application implementations\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled business tools\nExperience with Azure technologies\nExperience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma)\nExperience working with BIM models\nExperience within manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments\nExperience working in
