(3 days onsite, 2 days remote/WFH.)\n\nThe main function of a Software Test Engineer is to develop, implement, and document all testing activities, including test planning, test documentation, test execution, defect tracking and reporting, including follow-up and issue resolution.\n\nResponsibilities:\nExecute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures.\nTest system modifications to prepare for implementation.\nDevelop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability.\nDocument software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.\nIdentify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content.\nMonitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.\nCreate or maintain databases of known test defects.\nPlan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.\nQualifications:\nMust have 8-10 years of work experience.\nMust have 5+ years of experience Wifi/BT/Signal measurements (what’s actually measured with the equipment)\nMust have 5+ years of experience with L1-L5, Electrical signal loss, S Parameters.\nMust have 3-4 years of experience withPython or PowerShell Scripting language experience (someone who can go through the set-up and make it something we can deploy).\nShould have software testing experience.\nShould have experiencewriting test documentation such as Test Plans, scripts and test results reports.\nShould have ability to analyze/interpret test results and provide recommendations to improve testing.\nShould have an associate's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.\nWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:\nBecause we know how important our people are to the success of our clients, it’s a priority to make sure we stay committed to our employees and making Beyondsoft a great place to work.
