Saalex Corp., is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services.\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSalary: $110k-$125k annually (depending on experience)\nWork Location: Full-time onsite - Potential for up to $7k relocation/sign on bonus is available!\nEssential Functions Analyze complex organizational problems to improve the coordination and management of people, materials, equipment, and financial resources\nApply analytical methods from mathematics, science, and engineering to support decision-making\nSupport organizational strategy, planning, forecasting, and resource allocation initiatives\nEvaluate and improve performance measurement, scheduling, and operational efficiencies\nDesign and assess production facilities, systems, and processes\nAnalyze and optimize supply chain management, pricing, transportation, and distribution systems\nCollect, organize, and analyze large and complex datasets\nSelect and apply appropriate analytical techniques, including:\nSimulation\nLinear and nonlinear programming\nDynamic programming\nQueuing and stochastic-process models\nAnalytic hierarchy process\nDevelop and use mathematical models to represent real-world systems\nAssess relationships among system components and assign quantitative values to model variables\nPerform scenario and \"what-if\" analyses by modifying model inputs to evaluate potential outcomes\nOther duties as assigned or required.\nRequirements Required:\nBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Mathematics\n7 years' professional experience in operations research\nProposed personnel must demonstrate PWS relevant knowledge and experience with the principles of operations analysis and their application to tactical development exercises and undersea warfare. Underway periods on submarines or surface ships may be periodically required.\nSubmarine qualified on an operational submarine.\nSecurity Clearance Active Secret clearance required.
