Volunteer Remote Donations Coordinator

We want to hear from you!We are currently looking for a Remote Volunteer Donations Coordinator to join our team at Chester's Corner Animal Rescue.About Us:Chester's Corner Rescue Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization specializing in animal rescue and rehabilitation. Our mission is to provide abandoned animals with medical care, emotional support, and a path toward loving, permanent homes. Every effort we make is driven by compassion and a commitment to the welfare of animals in need.How You Will Contribute:Purpose:Manages the donation inbox and ensures all donors receive professional, timely communication.Responsibilities:Receive and manage emails sent to donations@chesterscorner.orgSend professional acknowledgment emails to donorsRespond to general inquiries about donations, fundraising, or volunteering using provided templatesMaintain records of correspondence for internal trackingEventually assist in sending communications to past donorsImmediate Ownership:This role owns the donation inbox and donor communication process. Leadership sets goals, but you manage the workflow independently.Required Qualifications:1–2 years of prior experience managing donor communications, fundraising, or similar nonprofit workStrong professional communication skills (email and phone)Highly self-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable handling confidential informationMust have a working computer with reliable internetMust reside in the United States and be available during Pacific Standard Time hoursCommitment Details:Approximately 1–3 hours per weekFlexible schedulingWork is completed remotelyHow to Apply:Please send an email to volunteer@chesterscorner.org with your resume and a short introduction of yourself and why you are interested in volunteering with Chester's Corner Animal Rescue.
