This role will coordinate cross-functional inputs, synthesize technical and commercial information, and develop compelling customer-facing content that clearly articulates Flex’s value proposition.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead and coordinate customer proposal activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs are aligned.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and synthesize technical, commercial, and operational information for proposals.\nDevelop clear, compelling, customer-facing content, including presentations, proposal narratives, and sales enablement materials.\nSupport data center business opportunities by helping structure messaging around why customers should partner with Flex.\nInterview internal subject matter experts to collect relevant information and translate it into concise, customer-ready content.\nCreate and maintain proposal tools, templates, content libraries, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.\nUse data visualization, presentation skills, and business judgment to communicate complex information in a simple and impactful way.\nTrack proposal actions, risks, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure successful execution.\nServe as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to support strong communication and alignment.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Proposal Management, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Development, or a related function.\nExperience creating customer-facing content, proposals, presentations, or commercial materials.\nExperience in data centers, technology, manufacturing, or other complex B2B environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling business narratives and executive-level presentations.\nProven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong business acumen and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate customer value propositions effectively.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; as well as experience using AI tools.\n#LI-EA1\nEA42\nSS26\nAA01\nCH12\nMS14\nCC11\nEC37\nPF38\nJS21\nNV60\nFL75\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
