Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

ProLife Home Care is hiring Caregivers and Personal Care Aides to staff CDPAP cases throughout Niagara Falls, NY. Cases available 3 days a week, morning and afternoon shifts. No license or certificate required. Applicants with HHA/PCA certificate are welcomed. Must be speak Spanish. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care homes, assisted living, or memory care settings. Responsibilities - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times - Administer medications following proper protocols and guidelines - Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents - Support residents with mobility assistance and transfers Experience - Prior experience in personal care homes, home community care, or assisted living facilities is preferred - Knowledge of direct support systems and caregiving principles - Certification in First Aid and Medication Administration is a plus Join our team as a Personal Care Assistant to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
