OverviewWe are hiring a Remote Licensed Life Agent to join a growing remote team. This position is for licensedL&H professionals who want a fully remote setup with inbound conversations and a structured system supporting their work.What You Will Do• Work scheduled phone consultations with individuals who requested information• Conduct needs-based discovery with each family• Walk through available plans and present recommendations• Submit and manage applications through the company's platform• Maintain follow-up across active and pending conversations• Keep CRM records and pipeline notes accurateRequired• Active Life & Health insurance license in your state of residence• Comfortable working independently from a home office• Strong phone presence and communication ability• Organized, self-disciplined, and follow-through drivenPreferred• Prior experience with telephonic sales of life products• Familiarity with multi-carrier quoting tools• Existing appointments with major final expense or term carriersWhat's ProvidedInbound conversations, multi-carrier support, training on the company's process and tools, and activecoaching to help you refine your numbers.CompensationPerformance-based earnings tied to your production and consistency.Apply through Indeed.
