This position's main focus is building and developing enterprise-level PowerApps and mobile solutions, utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community. This will include re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions. These solutions and applications are used by the OIG's office to make business decisions, improve office operations, and aid in resource allocation. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nDevelop PowerApps canvas and model driven apps\nBuild Enterprise-level mobile solutions, utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community\nUse multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Flow, and preferably create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow\nRe-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions\nAdept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality\nInterpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.)\nAddress and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps\nIntegrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps\nSatisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit & integration testing\nCommunicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members\nSupport cross-functional project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and information security\nKnowledge of PowerApps and Flow licensing plans and features included in different plans\nResponsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines\n\nNote: Candidates must be able to pass a USPIS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) and obtain a USPS Public Trust (elevated) clearance.
