You will own and scale a maritime awareness platform, helping break apart monolithic services into enterprise-grade microservices while building scalable backend systems, data pipelines, web portal functionality, and mobile applications.This is a high-autonomy engineering environment where engineers are expected to understand company goals, see the full path from feature to revenue, and execute independently. The hiring bar is high and specific: candidates should be able to clearly explain what they personally built, how they made technical decisions, and how their work moved the product forward.Compensation:Base salary range is $190,000–$260,000, depending on experience and location.
