Adult Soccer Referee
officiates adult recreational soccer matches by enforcing league rules, making calls on plays, and ensuring fair and safe competition. Referees manage game flow, monitor player conduct, enforce fouls and misconduct rules, and handle disputes professionally and confidently. They must have a solid understanding of soccer rules, good judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Soccer referee certification through organizations such as USSF, NFHS, or equivalent is preferred. Ideal candidates are confident, decisive, dependable, and able to work effectively with players, coaches, and staff.Other Duties:The Sports Official officiates various sports leagues within the Parks and Recreation department. Responsibilities include ensuring fair play, upholding league rules and regulations, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
