You don't have to be professional on Flutter dev, but you need at least to be willing to learn and communicate with students. We will have bootstrap training for Qualified candidates, the experience in Flutter and mobile dev is preferred.\nWe maintain a low teacher-student ratio (about 1:1 or 1:3) where possible and keep students and instructors together throughout an entire course for a meaningful experience. Instructors will take on a number of basic responsibilities:\nLead weekly project-based Flutter classes\nGuide students to publish the app in Google Play or Apple Store\nFlutter curriculum development and app prototyping\nRequirements\nInterest in learning mobile app development with Flutter\nHave experience with Mobile Dev\nFamiliar with coding and basic data structures\nAt least one afternoon/evening available per week\nEnjoy working with kids of all ages\nExercise patience and humility\nPreferred Experience (but not necessary)\nHave experience with Flutter Dev, Dart Language\nHave experience with Google firebase database\nSalary and Benefit\nSalary is $20-$27/hr based on experience level and performance\nProject bonus based on the project milestones and deliverables\nFlexible class schedule that can fit your availability\nLearn-by-teaching\nEnrich your own resume with the published applications in Apple Store and Google Play\nHave a positive impact on the next generation of programmers\nImprove your communication and ability to breakdown complex topics\nAbout Coding Minds Academy\nFounded in the fall of 2017, Coding Minds Academy (http://codingmindsacademy.com/) seeks to educate students of all ages in computer science through interactive lessons and enriching programming projects.
