This position plays a key role in keeping processes efficient, records accurate, and ensuring that teams across the organization stay aligned.The Inventory Operations Associate will oversee the full lifecycle of company assets and supplies—from receiving and tracking inventory through preparing, shipping, and deploying equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory OversightAccept and document all incoming equipment following established proceduresPerform routine cycle counts and full inventory reviews to ensure accuracyMonitor supply levels and initiate restocking as needed to meet upcoming demandFollow company guidelines and controls to maintain accountabilityProcess & Records ManagementKeep detailed records of inventory, orders, and shipmentsSupport order processing and tracking to ensure timely completionMaintain compliance with company procedures and workflow standardsOrder Preparation & ShippingSupervise the selection, staging, and packaging of items for deliveryConfirm that orders are complete and accurate before shippingPack materials according to best practices to prevent damage in transitCoordinate with internal groups to meet deadlines and delivery commitmentsDeployment & SupportConfigure and prepare equipment so it is ready for useManage replacement or repair of equipment for employees or clients with minimal disruptionTeam CollaborationPartner with colleagues across departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillmentContribute to process improvements for inventory and logistics operations.Note: This description outlines the primary responsibilities of the role but is not an all-inclusive list.
