Built-In Recruiting Investment - An active recruiting system consistently delivers 5 to 15 trained rookies monthly, ready to knock doors on full commission from day one. WHAT YOU’LL LEAD: Produce at a High Level - Spend roughly 80% of your time in the field driving personal sales through door-to-door canvassing, insurance education, and closing residential and commercial restoration projects. Coach Through Action - Train reps shoulder-to-shoulder in live environments, demonstrating objection handling, insurance conversations, and efficient territory management. Leverage the Recruiting Engine - Develop and retain the steady pipeline of 5 to 15 new reps per month, turning raw talent into consistent producers through culture, accountability, and mentorship. Run the System - Execute the company’s established sales playbook with discipline while providing feedback to improve performance, pipeline visibility, and results. This is a player-coach role. You set the tone. You set the pace. You close deals. EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH: Compensation includes: 8% commission on personal sales 1.25% override on all team sales under your management First-year Sales Managers typically earn $120,000 to $180,000+ depending on production and team performance.
