*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. *Responsibilities* - Manage and supervise construction projects on-site - Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan construction operations - Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid, ProCore for project tracking - Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets - Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment on the construction site *Qualifications* - Prior experience in a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Proficiency in reading blueprints and conducting blueprint reading - Knowledge of construction processes - Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing teams effectively - Ability to handle budgeting tasks and ensure projects stay within financial constraints Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Retirement plan Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Ability to Commute: Salt Lake City, UT (Required) Ability to Relocate: Salt Lake City, UT: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
