Inventory & Administrative Coordinator

This position combines administrative and inventory duties at a building supply and cabinetry center. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and detail-oriented, with experience in clerical work, purchasing, and inventory management. Responsibilities include matching invoices to purchase orders, assisting sales with order processing, handling customer credits, analyzing reports, and supporting procurement. In the yard, they will coordinate deliveries, verify received items, and assist with inventory control, working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in office software, and physical ability to handle materials safely. Training is available for the right candidate. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, supporting efficient daily operations in a community-focused, family-owned environment.
