If you love the details but never lose sight of the big picture, and you're excited to help talented teams do their best work, we'd love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between Delve's project teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignmentPartner with Technical Leads and other senior team members to define project goals, product requirements, development plans, and ensure deliverables are met per client expectations and proposalsLead the planning and management of scope, schedule, and budget-proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, and scope changesGuide cross-functional teams through all phases of developmentCreate proposals and budgets and manage schedules of internal and external support. Document all decisions, and track action itemsMaintain responsibility for project data setup accuracy and organization for internal project management database and serverRegularly review project budget status with Account Director and Technical Lead and request resources to complete project work as necessarySupport the creation and delivery of compelling client presentations and deliverablesRequirements5+ years' experience in Project Management, Product Management, Engineering Program Management, and/or other client-facing roles2+ years of consulting or professional services experienceA proven ability to manage complex product development projects from concept to completionWell-versed in project management tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systemsPreferred ExperienceExperience leading or supporting medical device development efforts with knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971)A strong grasp of design thinking and human-centered design practicesExperience guiding interdisciplinary teams with a commitment to fostering an inclusive team cultureExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholdersA self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for crafting smart, elegant solutionsComfort navigating ambiguity and a curiosity that drives continuous learning and explorationA willingness to experiment with AI tools to improve our processes without losing the human touchBe Inspired.
