Customer Service Representative (Evening Shift)

We are currently in need of a NIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Duties Handle all incoming and outgoing calls General office duties Process all orders in a timely manner Communicate with Customers, Sales Staff, Vendors and Employees Maintain accurate inventory processes & procedures Conduct research with inventory to help identify areas of opportunity Candidate will learn to process credits, Invoices to Follow & Receiving Offer friendly, helpful service with a smile Requirements Good Math & English skills Good PC skills, typing & strong 10-key by touch skills Bilingual: fluent in English & Spanish A+ Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Able to work under pressure and with minimum Supervision Previous food and/or Produce experience A+ Work Schedule Candidate must be open to work a flexible work shift Sunday nights through Friday nights Days off are every Saturday and a day off during the work week Must be willing to work overtime, if necessary Normal shifts are 2pm to 10:30pm, 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3pm to 11:30pm, Starting rate of pay is: $21.00 per hour If you want to make a difference at a Company and have what it takes to be very successful, please apply with Indeed.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Evening shift Night shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
