Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:Work closely with the Production SupervisorPlan production in the areaEnsure all policy and procedures are followed by associatesVerify all work for accuracyVerify correct product is pulled for productionVerify product produced is accurately produced, scanned, and staged for put-awayClose (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers immediately following productionCommunicate all issues to Production SupervisorWork with IC and dock to maintain product flow in and out of the departmentVerify all time sheets are filled out correctlyThis job will include other duties as assigned.
