We are looking for someone who can manage projects of high complexity, direct multi-project workloads, and actively roll up their sleeves to ensure data accuracy and quality.\nThe ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex data engineering and strategic business insights, ensuring timely delivery within resource constraints while maintaining accountabilities for all deliverables.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects of high complexity and direct the completion of deliverables within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.\nProvide guidance and direction for multiple projects simultaneously, specifically implementing business process development, business re-engineering, and strategic business projects.\nCoordinate and plan with all business units to capture dashboard requirements, creating data visualizations and dashboards tailored to different user personas.\nCoordinate all parties to tasks and rigorously review work products for completeness, quality, and strict adherence to customer requirements.\nEnsure that the team/Contractors conduct thorough peer reviews, unit tests, and quality control checks on all deliverables. All deliverables must be reviewed for data accuracy prior to federal review prior to the official due date.\nHelp document data requirements, source-to-target mappings, and functional specifications as needed.\nTake ultimate operational responsibility for all team and Contractor work performed under this project.\nQualifications & Skills\n8+ years of Project Management experience\nExperience working across disparate business units\nA proven track record of stepping outside traditional PM boundaries to help a technical team cross the finish line.\nExperience handling multiple strategic business re-engineering projects simultaneously\nPreferred Skills & Experience\n\nProficiency in data analytics, translation, and visualization (ability to read, write, and troubleshoot queries independently to verify data accuracy as needed).\nProject Management experience managing Data Analytics, Data Governance, or Data Visualization\nExperience managing strict Quality Control (QC) pipelines, peer reviews, and unit testing environments (ideally within a federal compliance or heavily regulated framework).\nExperience with SQL or Tableau\nExperience capturing requirements and translating them into persona-based dashboards (e.g., Tableau).\nOur estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
