Key requirements: Must have experience operating furniture trucks. Must have Class B CDL Safely operating straight/box trucks, adhering to all DOT regulations, traffic laws and weather conditions. Properly load, unload and secure furniture, boxes and equipment to prevent damage during transit. Move heavy furniture and appliances using dollies, pallet jacks, or by hand. Interact with residential or commercial clients, confirming deliveries and obtaining signatures. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to check for mechanical issues, fluid levels and tire pressure. Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery documentation, and expense reports. Map routes to ensure efficient delivery schedules. Must have a valid medical card. Clean driving record. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture. Must successfully complete road test. Home every night. Shifts: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. Some weekends. Duration: Temp-hire.
