Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you.CompensationFull benefits packageCompetitive salaryKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage material plans that support production schedules, customer demand, and inventory targets.Analyze demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels to ensure timely material availability.Collaborate cross‑functionally with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and suppliers to resolve material shortages, delays, or capacity constraints.Monitor and adjust planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points) to optimize inventory turns and reduce excess or obsolete materials.Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system data, including item master records, planning parameters, and material attributes.Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes by assessing material readiness, availability, and supply chain impact.Identify and implement process improvements within material planning, inventory control, and supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.Progressive experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management principles, and production planning processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong project management skills.Ability to prioritize and multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ask for Jasleenjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
