The Benefits of Joining Us: A full-time role with attractive pay A rich benefits suite including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a company-matched 401(k) Flexible time off with paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation (PTO) A supportive and friendly company culture Significant opportunities for learning and career development Take part in our rewarding employee referral scheme Shifts to Fit Your Needs: Openings for evening and overnight shifts The Skills We Value: At least 5 years in a manufacturing maintenance role Electrical expertise spanning 3-5 years Merit for bakery industry knowledge Competency in machining and electrical wiring practices Proficiency in pneumatic and light industry equipment troubleshooting Fabrication and welding skills are a bonus Adept at conduit bending Understanding of relay logic Experience with both 480v and 208v electrical systems Knowledge of the NEC Code Ability to decode blueprints and schematics Your Responsibilities: Maintain equipment integrity and execute repairs efficiently Participate actively in our PM program to help reduce downtime Tackle equipment issues with effective troubleshooting Conduct maintenance on machinery and support equipment Ensure machinery is tested thoroughly and work is validated Follow all safety guidelines and protocols Commit to adherence to GMP’s, OSHA standards, and other safety regulations Develop solutions for PLC-controlled equipment issues Keep detailed records and communicate effectively with colleagues Address line transformation challenges as they arise Strategize inventory management and replenishments Guarantee the quality of manufactured products Be involved in process enhancements and teamwork initiatives Work on boilers and water systems as needed Monitor and troubleshoot the main electricity panel Take on additional responsibilities as directed
