This position operates mixing equipment, handles raw materials, monitors production processes, performs equipment cleaning, and ensures finished batches meet company quality requirements.\n-\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nReview and follow batch tickets, formulas, and production schedules.\nGather, verify, weigh, and measure raw materials according to batch requirements.\nLoad ingredients into mixing and processing equipment manually or with material-handling equipment.\nOperate mixers, dispersers, tanks, pumps, and related production equipment.\nAdjust machine settings and process parameters to achieve required product specifications.\nMonitor batch progress and record production data accurately.\nConduct in-process quality checks and coordinate with Quality Control personnel as needed.\nEnsure finished products meet established quality, color, viscosity, and performance standards.\nMaintain a clean and organized production area in accordance with housekeeping and safety requirements.\nClean and sanitize equipment between batches following established procedures.\nSafely handle chemicals, resins, solvents, pigments, and other raw materials.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment.\nWear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nFollow all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nAssist with inventory control, raw material handling, and other production-related duties as assigned.\n-\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
