They specialize in providing customized supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment solutions that support growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Data & Platform Engineer to design, build, and support the data infrastructure, automation workflows, and business applications that power operational success. This role combines data engineering, Power Platform development, analytics enablement, and systems integration with a focus on automation, data reliability, and business reporting. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Beaverton, Oregon.\nAbout You\nWhat you will be doing:\nBuild and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.\nDevelop Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse to streamline business processes.\nDesign, support, and optimize data models and datasets for reporting and analytics initiatives.\nCreate recurring and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.\nTroubleshoot system, application, and data issues using strong root cause analysis methodologies.\nSupport integrations across cloud-based and on-premises systems.\nContribute to CI/CD processes, deployment workflows, and DevOps best practices.\nMaintain documentation for applications, data flows, integrations, and system architecture.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical role.\nStrong experience with SQL, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.\nProficiency using Python for automation, scripting, or data processing.\nExperience building and supporting data pipelines and system integrations.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical, application, and data-related issues.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or cloud-based data platforms.\nFamiliarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.\nExposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.\nExperience using monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.\nBackground supporting operations, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
