onsite for a five-day orientation/onboarding.\r\nWork is limited to the United States.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions and features for applications in the Microsoft .NET environment.\r\nDevelop Oracle database components to support application functionality.\r\nProvide reliable and responsive support for new and existing applications as prioritized by the agency.\r\nCollaborate closely with team members and the DNR Application Architect Lead to design solutions, create development plans, and ensure effective integration.\r\nUnderstand the interaction between applications and services within the DNR environment and evaluate the impact of changes.\r\nStay informed of technological advancements to continuously improve solutions, maintain alignment with agency standards, and support emerging business requirements.\r\nTranslate user and process requirements into high-quality deliverables and support project goals.\r\nOwn tasks and products, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, effective communication, time management, listening, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability.\r\nQualifications\r\nAdvanced application development experience in Microsoft .NET Framework, including MVC, C#, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.\r\nExperience with Object Oriented Design and standard security methods for custom applications.\r\nExperience developing reports in Power BI.\r\nExperience creating web APIs and integrating within enterprise environments.\r\nExperience with Oracle backend databases, including designing, writing stored procedures, performance tuning, and SQL.\r\nExperience with Azure DevOps (repositories, version control, deployments).\r\nProficiency in Visual Studio.\r\nEEO
