This hybrid role, based in the DMV area, is hands-on and reports directly to the program's solution architect. You will work alongside a small Agile team of Appian developers, testers, and a business analyst. As the technical lead, you will guide the team while remaining actively involved in Appian development, setting standards, reviewing code, managing integrations, and mentoring team members.
