Enterprise Test Environment Administrator - Senior
Job Description Position Summary ECS is seeking an Enterprise Test Environment Administrator - Senior to support the ARNG ENOCS program. The selected candidate will lead the administration and governance of enterprise development and test environments, ensuring that they align with application lifecycle activities. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining environment baselines, provisioning standards, and access controls, while also managing configuration and patch management processes. The administrator will play a critical role in coordinating environment readiness for development, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with DevSecOps and cybersecurity requirements. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. ResponsibilitiesLead the administration and governance of enterprise development and test environments.Establish and maintain environment baselines and provisioning standards.Implement and manage access control policies and configuration management procedures.Oversee patch management practices to ensure secure and stable testing environments.Coordinate environment readiness for development, integration, and user acceptance testing.Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with DevSecOps practices.Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and enterprise operational requirements.Provide expert guidance on environment management best practices within DoD IT environments.Required Skills Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret Eligible requiredS. Citizenship requiredDoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 671-System Testing and Evaluation Specialist at the Intermediate proficiency levelCertifications (one or more required): CEH, CFR, Cloud+, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+, SSCPEducation: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software EngineeringMinimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise system administration or environment management within DoD or Federal IT environmentsProven experience in administering development, integration, and test environments for enterprise applicationsDemonstrated ability to establish and manage environment baselines and provisioning standardsExperience in implementing access control policies and configuration management proceduresAbility to coordinate and ensure environment readiness for testing activitiesDesired Skills Desired Qualifications Clearance: Active Secret preferredExperience with DevSecOps practices and integration into enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with cybersecurity policies and compliance within DoD environmentsStrong collaboration skills with development and infrastructure teamsExperience in supporting ARNG or similar military IT programsAdvanced knowledge of environment management tools and technologiesECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
