US-Nacogdoches-Production Support OperatorOur client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in transformer coil production, is seeking a Production Support Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Production Support Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.Location: Nacogdoches, TXPay Range: $19.15Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (with overtime as required)What's the Job?Perform tasks across various work stations, including ovens, kitting, paper cutter/slitting, set up, hot press/squeeze & bake, thermal fold, assembly weld booth, and material handling.Verify the size, part number, condition, and quantity of issued materials to ensure accuracy and quality.Match coils and cores, gather small parts from kitting, and retrieve leads from the welding booth to support production needs.Prepare, collect, and distribute materials needed for coil winding, and assemble kits for coil orders and stock bins with coil materials.Operate machinery for sizing, cutting, and drilling materials used in the winding process, and load/unload coils onto conveyors, pallets, or racks for baking in industrial ovens.What's Needed?No formal education required; relevant work experience preferred.Valid forklift operator certification, with onsite training provided.Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.Adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection.Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with growth potential.Comprehensive safety training and ongoing support to ensure a safe workplace.Engagement in a team-oriented culture that values diversity and innovation.Competitive pay rate with overtime opportunities to enhance earnings.Participation in a company committed to employee development and operational excellence.
