You’ll dive into database operations, optimize SQL queries, support reporting, and help keep our data accurate and secure. This position is based in our Beverly, MA office on a hybrid schedule, but we are open to considering remote opportunities for the right candidate.\nKey Results Areas\nDevelop efficient, reliable, and well-structured database queries using Microsoft SQL Server.\nCreate, optimize, and maintain stored procedures.\nSupport data integration processes for importing data into the Microsoft Dynamics GP system using eConnect, Integration Manager, and SQL stored procedures.\nTroubleshoot and resolve SQL code issues, providing recommendations and solutions.\nAssist with Microsoft Dynamics GP administration, including setting up new users and assigning access based on job roles.\nMaintain data accuracy and integrity across systems and databases.\nDevelop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).\nFollow best practices for database design, development, and data security.\nCollaborate with development and cross-functional teams to improve processes and system performance.\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge, and Education\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.\n1–2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.\nAbility to create optimized database queries, including joins and cross-references between multiple tables.\nFamiliarity with database management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).\nUnderstanding of database concepts, stored procedures, and data normalization.\nKnowledge of data exchange protocols with internal and external systems, including web services, JSON, and XML.\nStrong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.\nDesire to learn and grow technical skills, with an interest in root cause analysis and problem-solving.\nTechnical skills\nProficiency in T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).\nExposure to ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP.\nBasic understanding of database performance tuning.\nQuartoUS is an equal opportunity employer; M/F/D/V are encouraged to apply.
