The Mentor will act as a role model reinforcing the goals of the youth’s service plan. This position also assists with facility cleanliness, breakfast and medication administration.Provides supervision of the program participants and provides support to Case Managers and Assistant Case CoordinatorsPerforms routine checks to make sure youth are present and safeAdhere to documentation requirements as directedAssist in providing breakfastAssist with medication administrationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or, 5 years of experience in case managementExperience working with a young adult or juvenile justice populationAbility to work assigned scheduleMust have a valid driver’s licenseSCHEDULE & RATE OF PAY:40 hours per weekThursday 9am - 9pm (12 hours)Friday 10pm - Saturday 12pm (14 hours)Saturday 9pm - Sunday 11:00am (14 hours)Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off$22.50 per hourThis position is time and a half eligibleBENEFITS:At CJR, we pride ourselves on creating a compassionate, culturally responsive work environment and offering a comprehensive benefits package that encourages and supports a healthy work/life balance.
