Team with leaders from across Highspring to provide fully integrated services to support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.\nYour Impact\nLead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and optimization efforts, across the full project lifecycle spanning requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.\nTeam with the leadership of the firm's CPM practice helping to set and execute strategy, grow the practice, deepen the alliance relationship with OneStream, amplify our center of excellence, and support staffing and recruiting efforts.\nSupport business development pursuits and marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, discovery, demonstrations, and proposal efforts.\nEnsure adherence to Highspring's delivery methodology, approach, standards, tools, and templates, while proactively identifying opportunities and developing solutions for continual improvement.\nEducate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices.\nDevelop team members through coaching, mentorship, career development activities, and technical training.\nCollaborate with other Highspring services (e.g., target operating model, finance transformation, technical accounting, M&A, etc.) to engage as business partner and advisor to our clients.\nEmbrace and embody Highspring's culture, client service principles, and guiding principles.\nYou Are\n\nSomeone who is enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and motivated.
