This individual is a key member of our dining experience andcontributes to various aspects of the dining room/kitchen functions.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nExceptional customer service skills\r\nExcellent verbal communication skills\r\nAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high volume environment\r\nDisplays professional, friendly, hospitable and patient demeanor\r\nAbility to remain calm in stressful situations\r\nPromotes a collaborative, team-focused environment\r\nDetail-oriented\r\nDisplays highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety\r\nQualifications\r\nMinimum of 16 years of age\r\nEmployment Certificate/Permit required for applicable individuals\r\nPrior customer service experience\r\nServSafe certification or willingness to obtain\r\nPhysical stamina necessary for constant activity\r\nHS diploma or equivalent preferred\r\nPrior food service, hospitality, serving, or restaurant experiencedesired\r\n*Individuals under 18 years of age must be excluded from the usage ofdangerous equipment such as: slicers, knives, compactors, garbagedisposals and any cooking equipment.\r\nThis position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
