The successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of and experience with implementing instructional leadership practices at the building level.DUTIES AND ResponsibilitiesInstructional coach works with teachers to improve the quality of lessons and student education. They are teacher peers who help teacher colleagues in pedagogy. They also model continuous improvement and lifelong learning. The Instructional Coach may conduct analysis of formative and summative student data and make recommendations to augment and/or modify instruction. The Instructional Coach may use observation and achievement data to identify professional development needs. They will assist in the design and delivery of site based professional learning.EVALUATION: PrincipalGRADE LEVEL: All levelsSALARY: $60,000- $85,000START DATE: 9/1/2026
