Understanding this language will help in modernizing systems to a more modern technology\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain backend-heavy full-stack applications and systems using Java, Mulesoft, Spring Boot, and modern engineering patterns.\nBuild and enhance APIs for seamless system integration, ensuring high availability and performance through effective load testing, multi-threading, and memory management techniques.\nApply dynamic coding practices, ensure clean code quality, and leverage version control and change management for consistency and reliability. Creating and working with automated tests.\nDrive modernization initiatives, including cloud-first development and containerized solutions, ensuring scalable, flexible, and future-ready systems.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\n\nAt least 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development, with a focus on backend technologies\nProficiency in Mulesoft, Java, Spring Boot, and software engineering patterns.\nKnowledge of different technologies and technology domains associated to COBOL (JCL, DB2, CICS)\nStrong integration skills, including working with APIs, RESTful services\nYou promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.\nAbility to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet access while residing in the United States or Puerto Rico.\n\nThis role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.\n\nWe value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
